The small print
Earning
- When points land
- The second your order is paid. That includes preorders, since you pay for those up front, so the points show up at payment, not when the box ships.
- What counts
- What you actually paid for the goods, after any discount. Shipping and tax don't earn points, and neither does buying a gift card, though paying with one still earns points on whatever you buy.
- Reviews are incentivised
- Leave a review on an order and you get 100 points, whatever you rate it. Wherever we publish that review, we mark it as incentivised.
Spending
- Codes and other offers
- A points code comes off the goods, not the shipping. It can sit alongside another code when that offer allows it, and checkout will tell you if two won't combine.
- Points are not cash
- Points aren't money. You can't cash them out, and they can't be moved to another account or handed to a mate.
If things change
- Refunds and cancellations
- If an order is refunded we take back the points it earned, in proportion to what was refunded and never more than it earned. If a refund drops the order under $50, the stamp goes too.
- Do points expire?
- No, not right now. If that ever changes, you'll read it here first.
